Trade Promotions – Game of Chance – CopRice Free Load Promotion (VIC & SA Promotion)

KEY TERMS

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to residents of Victoria and South Australia who are end users of beef or sheep feed and place a Qualifying Order during the Promotional Period.

Stores, traders, resellers and other intermediaries are not eligible to enter. End users may purchase directly through CopRice or through participating agricultural retail merchants.

Employees, contractors and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotional Period, place a bulk order of at least 12 tonnes of any of the following Participating Products directly through CopRice or through an agricultural retail merchant ("Qualifying Order"):

Where a Qualifying Order is placed through a retailer, the entrant must provide their full name, email address and telephone number for entry, including ex mill orders.

Entry Limits

Multiple entries are permitted. Each full load ordered under a Qualifying Order receives one entry into the draw. Entry is based on the number of loads ordered, not the tonnage. For example, a B-double load constitutes one entry.

Entrants must retain proof of their Qualifying Order and provide it within 7 days if requested by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in the entry being declared invalid.

Entries will be invalid if they:

are received outside the Promotional Period;
contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
are incomplete or illegible; or
otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

Opens at 12:01am AEST/AEDT on 2 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on 30 November 2026.

Prize Draw

The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST/AEDT on 3 December 2026 at:

The first valid entry drawn at random will win.

Prize

The prize is one free load of the same feed and the same load size as the winning qualifying order, up to a maximum of 24 tonnes.

For example, if the winning order was for a 20 tonne load, the winner will receive one free 20 tonne load.

The prize covers the base ration only. Any additional inclusions or line items selected by the winner will be invoiced separately.

Maximum prize value: up to $11,976 (excluding GST) depending on the Participating Product purchased.

Prize values are correct as at 28 July 2026.

Prize Limitations

Prize is limited to the base ration only.
Additional inclusions are not included.
Maximum free load is 24 tonnes.
If the winner does not require product immediately after the promotion closes, one free load will be held on the winner's account until their next purchase.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered within Victoria or South Australia within 28 days of the promotion closing, unless held on account until the winner's next purchase.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone by 7 December 2026.

The first initial, surname and postcode of any South Australian winner will be published on coprice.com.au on 7 December 2026 for a minimum of 28 days.

Second Chance Draw

If the prize is unclaimed or the winner is ineligible, a second chance draw will be held on:

3 March 2027

at the same time and location as the original draw.

Winners of the second chance draw will be notified by email within two days.

The first initial, surname and postcode of any South Australian winner will be published on coprice.com.au on 4 April 2027 for a minimum of 28 days.

Permit Number

Authorised under permit T26/1343.

Further Conditions

If photographs are required for entry, entrants must own the rights to them, obtain permission from anyone appearing in them, and allow the Promoter to use them for promotional purposes.
Winners under 18 years of age will have prizes awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
Any costs associated with accepting or using the prize, including insurance, taxes (excluding GST), transport and incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
If a prize remains unclaimed by the second chance draw date, the entry may be forfeited.
Entrants must notify the Promoter of any change to their contact details before the second chance draw.
The Promoter may verify the identity, eligibility and purchase details of entrants and disqualify entries that are false, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.
Winners may be required to provide proof of purchase.
The Promoter's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Winners may be required to sign documentation before receiving their prize.
Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice for promotional purposes for up to 12 months after the promotion ends without further payment.
Entrants warrant that their entries do not infringe third party intellectual property rights and grant the Promoter a licence to use submitted material for promotional and business purposes.
If entry is via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter/X, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by those platforms.
Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
