To contact the Promoter, please email sales@coprice.com.au **OR** telephone our customer service line on 1800 029 901.\n\n**Competition period**\n\n3.               The Competition commences at 06:00 AEST on 15 October 2026 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on 10 December 2026 (8 weeks) (**Competition Period**).\n\n**Eligibility to enter**\n\n4.               Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (**Eligible Entrants**).\n\n5.               Entry is not open to directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter.\n\n**How to enter**\n\n6.               To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period:\n\n(a)         scan the QR code found on marketing material,  visit [_https://form.jotform.com/262438567036867_](https://form.jotform.com/262438567036867), the CopRice website at [_www.coprice.com.au/competition_](http://www.coprice.com.au/competition) or CopRice Facebook and Instagram pages; and\n\n(b)         complete the online entry form in full, including full name, email address, telephone number, State of residence;\n\n(c)         upload a copy of a receipt showing a minimum of one bag of CopRice Working Dog Beef 20kg purchased in a single transaction and a response in 25 words or less to the following question: “Tell us how you keep your dogs’ hard at it?” (**Competition Question**).\n\nA limit of one entry applies per transaction receipt showing the purchase of at least 1 full size bag of CopRice Working Dog Beef (20kg bag).\n\n7.               If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date which they enter the promotion and a Judging Date, that entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details as soon as practicable, in order to remain eligible to receive the Prize.\n\n**Prize**\n\n8.               The prize is one of 16 pallets (32 bags) of CopRice Working Dog Beef valued at approx. $2,240 per pallet or $69.95 (RRP) per bag (Prize) as at 7 September 2026.\n\n9.               All taxes (excluding goods and services tax (GST)) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.\n\n10.            The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.\n\n**Judging details**\n\n11.            Judging will take place at the end of every business week (Friday) during the competition period at 12:00 AEST from Friday 23rd October 2026 and finishing on Friday 11th December 2026 at Level 24, 60 Martin Place Sydney NSW 2000 (**Judging Date and Time**). Two Prizes will be drawn each Friday.\n\n12.            All entries will be judged by a panel of three judges individually on their merits based on creativity and in the judges’ absolute discretion. Each Friday’s judging includes all entries received up to the judging time but all entries (except those which have already won a Prize) remain eligible for every subsequent week of the competition.\n\n13.            This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.\n\n**Winner notification and Prize acceptance**\n\n14.            Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the judging taking place by email and phone call using the contact details provided in their online entry form. The winner will be asked to confirm whether or not they accept the prize.\n\n15.            Once the winner accepts the Prize, their surname, first initial and State of residence will be published on CopRice’s Facebook and Instagram pages for a period of 24 hours.\n\n16.            If a Prize is not accepted within 4 weeks of the winner being notified of their winning entry, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and they will be notified in writing to the email address provided in the online entry form.\n\n17.            Judges will select an new winner for any Prizes which have not been accepted within 4 weeks of the original winner being notified of their winning entry. The process outlined in clauses 14 and 15 will apply to the new winners.\n\n**Prize delivery and substitution**\n\n18.            Prizes will be delivered within 45 days of the winner accepting the prize to the address of the stockfeed retailer at which the entry bags were purchased or any other stockfeed retailer agreed between the Eligible Entrant and Promoter. If there are any unforeseen circumstances due to which:\n\n(a)         the Promoter is unable to deliver the Prize to the relevant stockfeed retailer, the Promoter will contact the relevant winner and make alternative arrangements; or\n\n(b)         the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.\n\n19.            The Promoter is not responsible for any Prizes that are delivered to the relevant stockfeed retailer and remain unclaimed by the winner.\n\n20.             Following delivery of the Prize in accordance with clause 16, the Promoter has no responsibility or liability for storage, collection, loading and transportation of the Prize.\n\n**Use of Eligible Entrant's personal information**\n\n21.            Personal information including the Eligible Entrant's name, age, telephone number, email, will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter's agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition, or for promotional and marketing purposes (including for direct marketing) (**Purpose**).\n\n22.            By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter:\n\n(a)         using their surname, first initial and State of residence, social media profile, likeness or image in the event that they are a winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), unless the Eligible Entrant withdraws their consent by providing notice to the Promoter using the contact details provided in clause 2.\n\n(b)         contacting them for any other marketing purposes without payment to the Eligible Entrant.\n\n23.            The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the _Privacy Act 1988_ (Cth). Should an Eligible Entrant's contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter.\n\n**Entry content**\n\n25.            Entries must be the Eligible Entrant's original work. The Promoter reserves the right to require the Eligible Entrant to verify that the entry is the Eligible Entrant's original work. If the Promoter is unable to verify that the entry is original work to its satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.\n\n26.            Eligible Entrants warrant that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights. Eligible Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter and its associated agencies against all losses, damages, claims and costs by third parties arising out of, connected to, or resulting from, a breach of the warranty set out in this clause 24.\n\n27.            An Eligible Entrant's entry must not include:\n\n(a)         any image, video or voice of any other person without that person's express consent;\n\n(b)         any content that contravenes any law; and\n\n(c)         any content that is indecipherable, obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent, prejudicial or inconsistent with prevailing community standards.\n\n28.            By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive licence to use the content of their entry, or any part of the content of the entry, in any way the Promoter wishes (including modifying, adapting, copying, cropping, retouching, editing, publishing, broadcasting or communicating the entry whether in original or modified form in whole or in part) in all media for the purposes of the Promoter's business on its website, social media or in any marketing campaign, without payment to the Eligible Entrant of royalties or compensation. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
