A young heifer needs a nutrient concentration of at least 16% CP, 11 MJ ME/kg DM to achieve target growth rates. CopRice Heifer Rearer Pellets are a high protein and energy ration, ideal to feed to calves from 3 months up until the transition phase.

CopRice Heifer Rearer Pellets have been formulated to avoid digestive upsets through careful management of protein and energy sources.

CopRice Heifer Rearer Pellets are high in by-pass proteins to increase the amount of true protein available to the heifer to be used for growth and tissue development.

CopRice Heifer Rearer Pellets contain Bovatec® which is used in the prevention of coccidiosis. Coccidiosis can severely reduce calf performance and delay efficient rumen development. Bovatec® also improves feed conversion efficiency by providing more energy to the rumen.
